Heritage Cycle Hire (HCH) is a community project based in the Rhondda Heritage Centre, Trehafod. We have a range of cycles to suit various abilities including all terrain mountain bikes, with different routes mapped out which can cater for either an hour’s gentle cycle or a full day excursion.
A short ride away is Pontypridd where you can experience The Taff Trail and its cycle path South to Cardiff or North to Brecon. Maybe you would like to have a go at the paths in the mountains above Trehafod or cycle to Maerdy or Penrhys then whatever your need we have a cycle to match.

Helmets are provided in the hire charges
A returnable deposit of £50.00 is required for all bookings, this is refunded on safe return of equipment in good condition. Proof of identity and address is required (eg: driving licence, passport or recent utility bill with address).
Guide services are available for groups, please ask for details and availability
All activities are participated at your own risk. HCH hold no responsibility for any personal effects, accidents or injuries. All necessary risk assessments have been carried out. HCH hold the right to refuse participation if acceptable standards of dress are not met, according to weather, type of activity also health / ability
