How to Make a Booking and How to Pay
Underground Tours
School groups are strongly advised to pre-book stating chosen date and preferred time of tour. Public Tours leave the Visitor Centre at 10am, 12pm & 2pm. School tours are arranged around the public tours.

Your booking will be confirmed in writing and will include your unique reservation code.
A *50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment can be made by cheque, cash, or by invoice. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted.
*Please contact us if you are unable to forward a deposit prior to your visit
