Come along and join the Trehafod Walking group, who meet 10.30am every Friday at The Rhondda Heritage Park Museum.
Regular walking is one of the easiest ways to improve your health and wellbeing. It also allows you to enjoy the pleasures of the local countryside and breathe in the fresh air. Walking is ideal exercise for those who don’t have enough time or are unable to get to the gym. You do not need any special equipment for walking and you can vary the pace and distance to suit yourself.
